Epoxy Product List
Custom Formulations (available upon request)
SB Series: SB-30, SB-40, SB-50, SB-60, SB-65 and SB-95 (mix ratio 2:1 / A:B) Stone Bond Epoxy is used as the binder epoxy or sealer for porous riverstone exterior decking and non-porous riverstone interior flooring applications. The products are selected according to application temperatures from 25 to 120 degrees F and allow for proper troweling viscosity at any temperature range utilizing either a summer cure or winter cure hardener.
SW Series: SW-10, SW-20 and SW-30 (mix ratio 3:1 / A:B) Smooth Webbing Epoxy is used to laminate porous troweled riverstone overlays to achieve a non-porous riverstone flooring for indoor use that's suitable to meet local health department regulations. The products are selected according to their vertical hold range differences that are needed between small to large stone applications. Available with summer cure or winter cure hardeners.
SG Series: SG-22 and SG-25 (mix ratio 1:1 / A:B), SG-23 and SG-27 (mix ratio 2:1 / A:B) Structural Gel Epoxy is used in vertical or filler applications and for structural bonding of similar or dissimilar materials. The products are selected according to their application temperatures. Both components are gel consistency (available in regular or thick versions and colored), which makes measuring and mixing extremely easy. Rigid, high strength products.
RC Series: RC-52 and RC-55 (mix ratio 1:1 / A:B), RC-53 and RC-57 (mix ratio 2:1 / A:B) Rigid Casting Epoxy is a fluid system for structural bonding, laminating, art casting, electronics potting, etc. The products are selected according to their application temperatures. They are all available in thick or thin viscosity versions to suit your application needs while providing a wide range of applications and rates of cure. Available colored.
FG Series: FG-100 and FG-125 (mix ratio 1:1 / A:B) Flexible Gel Epoxy is a high elongation system that produces a waterproofing membrane for expansion joints, cracks, seams and cold joints. The FG-100 is available with a summer and winter cure and has a higher heat distortion factor than does the FG-125. Available colored.
FL-115 (mix ratio 1:1 / A:B) Flexible Laminating Epoxy is used in conjunction with fiberglass tape for preparation of cracks, seams or cold joints in sub-base before receiving a decorative over-lay. Produces a flexible, self-leveling, waterproofing membrane in poured applications.
IG-100 (mix ratio 1:1 / A:B) Injection Grout Epoxy is a flexible, extremely fluid, slow rate of cure system used as a penetrating primer for most all of our flooring and decking systems. It is also suitable with injection equipment for crack repair where motion or thermal shock is anticipated. Available colored.
IG-3 (mix ratio 2:1 / A:B) Injection Grout Epoxy is a high strength, extremely fluid rapid rate of cure system for use with injection equipment for crack repair. Suitable as a Santex flooring and patching epoxy and poured self-leveling membrane applications for chemical containment. Available colored.
DS-190 (mix ratio 2:1 / A:B) Deck Sealer Epoxy is a sealant for exterior Riverstone Decking applications restoring original beauty and structural integrity after timely degradation due to exposure to direct sunlight and/or excessive foot traffic. Being a fluid system, application with a roller and brush is simplified or can be used with an airless sprayer. This system has all the outstanding qualities of the Stone Bond Series epoxies.
FS-190 (mix ratio 2:1 / A:B) Floor Sealer Epoxy is a high strength water clear system for use as a sealant for industrial flooring, Granular Quartz flooring, interior Riverstone flooring and TC floor systems. It is extremely durable and chemical resistant and can be used as a commercial grade decoupage system or Santex binder.
TC-200 (mix ratio 2:1 / A:B) Top Coat Epoxy is a pigmented, high strength, high build industrial floor finish. It is extremely durable and chemical resistant with excellent scratch and impact resistance. Available in 14 standard colors with custom colors upon request. Applied by brush / roller, squeegee or airless sprayer.
FP-80 (mix ratio 2:1 /A:B) Floor Plate Epoxy is a clear self-leveling system for use in surface plate installations.
FP-85 (mix ratio 2:1 /A:B) Floor Plate Epoxy is a pigmented self-leveling system for use in surface plate installations. Available in 14 standard colors with custom colors upon request. Both FP systems offer the same outstanding qualities as the FS and TC epoxies.
CC-32 (mix ratio 1:1 / A:B) Cold Cure Epoxy is a high strength clear system for use as an industrial floor sealant at extremely cold application temperatures. Suitable as a Santex flooring and patching epoxy, industrial flooring or pigmented top coat system. It is extremely durable and chemical resistant.
DECO (mix ratio 1:1 / A:B) Decoupage Epoxy is a water clear self-leveling system designed for use in laminating bar tops, table or counter tops, pictures, art work, clocks, cypress, etc.
Santex is a sand filled epoxy system for use as a troweled industrial floor base or topping for leveling or sloping; a concrete patch or repair mortar for spall repair. Can be used with different epoxy binders to achieve varied solid state properties to suit application needs.
Consult Product Technical Bulletin for additional information: A specific epoxy formulation should be chosen to satisfy application requirements such as liquid and solid state properties, pot life, open time, cure time, exposure, etc. A particular epoxy product may have many proper or improper applications throughout many industries, therefore a clear understanding of epoxies, their applications and limitations will aid in proper product selection and use. Product's solid state properties can only be achieved by thorough mixing of Parts 'A' and 'B' at the proper mix ratio. Higher application temperatures will accelerate reaction time reducing pot life, open time and cure time while making the viscosity of the product thinner. Lower application temperatures will make reaction time sluggish extending pot life, open time and cure time while increasing product viscosity.
